Refund and Return Policy

At WarOver, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Returns is only accepted of the customer if the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

If you need to return an item, you can do so within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +91 89003 21685. Please include your order number and a description of the item you wish to return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 10 days.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at +91 89003 21685. Please include your order number and a description of the item you wish to exchange.

Once we receive your item for exchange, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, we will ship your new item within 5 days.

Defective Items

Once we receive your defective item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund or ship your new item within 10 days.
